Start Date

Thursday May 28th (once per week)

Tuesday, July 7th (twice per week, Tues and Thur)

Time: 6:00-8:00 PM (please arrive by 5:45 PM)

Location: SMMHS Middle School Parking Lot
(Past the gravel lot at soccer fileds, turn right at the stop sign)

What to Expect at Practice

• Riders are grouped based on skill level and endurance, not age or gender.

• Each group will be led by at least two certified coaches (one lead, one sweep).

Practices include

• Warm-up ride

• Race-start drills

• Trail exploration in the areas surrounding Edwards Point, Mushroom Rock, and more.

• When necessary, riders may briefly use public roads, always under coach supervision, riding single-file with lead/sweep protocol.

Wrap-Up Time

Practice ends at 8:00 PM. Please be patient if groups return a few minutes late due to trail conditions or rider needs.
