Our program provides students with an athletic path that challenges both body and mind. Riders learn to push their limits, build confidence, and develop lifelong values of teamwork, camaraderie, discipline, and perseverance. These lessons carry far beyond the racecourse and continue to shape them well into adulthood.

STUDENT ATHLETES

Representing Signal Mountain Middle and High School, our roster continues to grow each year as more students discover the NICA program.

These riders train year-round, learning not only how to race but how to lead, on the bike, in the classroom, and in the community.

NICA LICENSED COACHES

Our volunteer coaching staff is fully trained and certified through NICA’s national standards, including risk management, first aid, and youth mentorship programs.

These dedicated adults give hundreds of hours each season to teach safe riding skills, build endurance, and model sportsmanship.

Your support allows us to fund continuing education, CPR renewals, and coaching certifications that keep every practice and race safe and well-organized.

STATE SANCTIONED RACES

Signal Mountain Racing competes in five premier events across the Tennessee Interscholastic Cycling League each season ranging from the flow trails of Columbia to the tech-heavy features of Raccoon Mountain.

Each race draws teams from across the state, creating opportunities for our riders to challenge themselves and represent our community with pride.

Your partnership helps cover travel logistics, equipment maintenance, and race-day support to keep the team competitive and prepared.
